In this video, I unpack the story of Tricking's greatest battle, and how Kaige and Zen continuously push the sport of tricking to it's limits, time and time again. Tricking originated from martial arts in the early 2000's, but has grown to incorporate elements of movement from gymnastics, breakdancing, and free running as well. Over the past 20 years, tricking has become international, and the community continues to grow just as fast as the physical progression of the sport.
