Start war in Bayrischzell, dann der legendäre Anstieg zum Sudelfeldpass (1123 m ü. NN) – etwa 4 km bergauf, begleitet von dichtem Nebel, der die Aussicht leider etwas verhüllte. Anschließend ging es über die Mautstraße hinunter ins Leitzachtal, vorbei an der Talstation der Wendelstein-Zahnradbahn, weiter über Brannenburg und zum Apfelmarkt in Bad Feilnbach. Starting in Bayrischzell, the route climbs the legendary Sudelfeld Pass (1123 m ASL) – about 4 km of steady ascent into the fog, which sadly covered the panoramic views. The descent follows the toll road into the Leitzach Valley, past the Wendelstein Cog Railway base station, through Brannenburg, and on to the lively Apple Festival in Bad Feilnbach.
