BBQ Baby Back Ribs on the Traeger Woodridge Elite Smoker. This was another fun and simple recipe that is perfect for entertaining family and friends. I hope you enjoy this video as much as I did the cook. Spice Rub Recipe: 3 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 Tbsp. salt 1 Tsp. black pepper 2 Tsp. chili powder 2 Tsp. garlic powder 2 Tsp. onion powder 2 Tsp. paprika Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl. Steps: 1. Optional - Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. 2. Apply your choice of binder. I used mustard. 3. Apply your favorite spice rub or make your own like I did from the ingredients listed above. 4. Wrap and place in fridge overnight. 5. Preheat smoker to 225F. 6. Unwrap the ribs and place directly on smoker for 3 hours at 225F. 7. Pull from smoker and apply your favorite BBQ sauce and 1/2 cup of butter. 8. Wrap ribs with aluminum foil and place back in smoker for 1 hour or until probe tender at 203F. 9. Pull ribs out of smoker when probe tender or 203F and let rest at least for 30 minutes. 10.
