The VEGA+ BKL series has been designed in a modular format to produce booklet labels achieving all the benefits of the OFF-LINE processing. The patented lamination unit performs 5 kind of laminated labels: o Standard o Coupon o Flat booklet o Curved booklet o Thick booklet With the special radiusing laminator it is possible to create the correct curl in the finished booklet keeping the base label at full size. Booklet labels can be applied to flat or round surfaces, and to any diameter container, including small vials, without wrinkling or butter flying. Straight and short web path means less direct contact between the surface of the labels and the rolls. Servo technology for maximum accuracy in leaflet positioning and die-cutting, to comply with even the strict rules of the pharma industry.
