Epididymal cyst || Varicocele of left scrotum Right Testis: Size: 37.5 mm x 21.4 mm x 22.9 mm in size. Right testis is slightly larger in size as compared to the left. It shows uniform parenchymal echotexture all over. No focal lesion is seen. Left Testis: Size: 33.3 mm x 19.3 mm x 26.7 mm in size. It shows uniform parenchymal echotexture all over. No focal lesion is seen. Epididymis: Head of the both epididymis are normal in size and homogenous in echotexture A cysts mass seen on left side measuring 6.2mm. Spermatic cord and vas deferens are normal on both sides. Veins of the pampiniform plexus: The veins of the right pampiniform plexus are within normal range measuring 1.1mm and 0.7 mm at different scans. The veins of the left pampiniform plexus are dilated measuring about 3.1mm x 2.9 mm in AP diameter at different scans. Left epidedymal cyst measuring 6.2mm. Varicocele of left scrotum. Characteristics of epidermoid cysts on ultrasound may include: Well-defined Borders: Epidermoid cysts often have well-defined borders, making them distinguishable from the surrounding tissues. Anechoic Appearance: On ultrasound, these cysts typically appear anechoic, meaning they have a uniform, fluid-filled interior that does not produce echoes. Posterior Acoustic Enhancement: There may be posterior acoustic enhancement. Location in the Epididymis: Epidermoid cysts are commonly found in the head (caput) of the epididymis.
