I am able to book a table 3 months in advance. It is easy to get there and it‘s close to Tsim Sha Tsui / East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. If you drive, there is valet parking free for 2hrs at lunch and 3hrs for dinner if $800 spending. A very nice ambience both inside the restaurant and out the patio with great seaview. They have set lunch menu in weekdays but only have a sort of tasting menu in weekends or you can order A La Carte. Some signature dishes like butter chicken, lobster champagne curry, tandoori wagyu beef cheek etc.. are all in the tasting menu. All dishes are good & delicious but I think their curry and butter chicken are relatively sweet. I like the tandoori beef cheek better. Their desserts and golden chai masala (milk tea) are also very sweet too. In general, this dining experience is very impressive and must try at least once. The price for the set and tasting menu are quite expensive but their service is marvellous! It is worth for the first trial. There is indeed an improvement I need to mention is their restrooms. Unfortunately, there is only one for men and one for women. Once it‘s occupied, you have to wait for a while. In my case, I did not go since I have been waited outside the restroom for a long time and gave up ultimately.
