👋 Here is the newest Honda Civic Type-R! The 2024 Honda Civic Type-R is the current generation FL5 and is one awesome hot hatch! Packing a 2.0L Inline 4 Cylinder Turbo engine, the new Type-R has 315 horsepower and 310 torque. Paired to the 6 speed manual transmission and front wheel drive you can still get 0-60 in around 5 seconds and top out at 170 mph. This 2024 Civic Type-R is painted in Championship White with an original MSRP around $47,000. I just bought this car used with 2,500 miles for $45k and am having a blast with this hot hatch! The FL5 Civic Type-R looks very mature and much better then the previous FK8 Type-R. Very nicely styled exterior with bold lines and a wide body look. I love the front bumper and the rear wing! You even have 19in wheels with brembo brakes up front. The interior has really nice red micro suede bucket seats up front and they are super comfortable and very supportive for performance driving. The infotainment looks nice and works very well in the new Civic. The gauge cluster is fully digital with a super cool looking display in the R mode. You get a massive tach and all of the engine vitals. The new Civic Type-R handles like it's on rails and is really fun to drive fast. Powerful engine and gets up to speed very well and the manual transmission is a joy to row through the gears. As a performance car the FL5 Type-R is a blast! In comfort mode this can still tone down a be a fin daily driver. Really can't complain with how well this car drives in Comfort mode and how fun it drives in R mode. Back seats and trunk space are also incredibly roomy. If you want an affordable sportscar, I think the Civic Type R hits above it's class and really offers a ton of fun!
