About me: Born in Caracas, Venezuela to a Venezuelan-Colombian family, and raised in the DMV area, with a passion for Latin culture and fashion from a very young age, I have always had a knack for sketching, designing, and sewing with hopes of one day working for the fashion industry and further establishing my own line, deeply rooted and inspired by my Latin culture in order to provide my Latin-American community a platform where creativity is given the opportunity to flourish and bloom without being limited by social boundaries. I recently just graduated from Marymount University with a BA in Fashion Design, and since Covid-19 had different plans for us all this year, I have been working from home creating content that allows me to use what I've learned these past 10+ years of studying Fashion! In 2019 I established a startup fashion jewelry business, called FALMA, creating hand-crafted polymer modern statement earrings, working with customers on a daily basis to ensure orders were completed, promoting my shop on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. Constantly researching jewelry trends and polymer clay methods and techniques, I am still providing customers with the best quality and aesthetic appeal.
