Have you ever wondered how to do this absurdly hard tricks in the hardest Mario Maker levels? Well you are about to find out! With super expert mode coming tomorrow we are having a look on shell-jumps, item wall-jumps, p-switch jumps, item double-jumping and quick tutorials on how to perform them. Oh, and we will find out why we will never use hammer bros again! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- While the gravitation glitch might get patched out tomorrow, super expert mode will come (together with cool new elements), with this update. You want to prepare yourself for the upcoming super hard levels or you always wondered how to beat 100 mario challenge expert mode with no skips? I hope I can give you some help and answers with this video. Here is a short overview over the mechanics showcased: Shell Jump These are often used by crazy kaizo stages like pangas and vals. It's actually pretty simple, just throw the shell, keep the jump button pressed and jump off from it again. Getting the right timing however, can be quiet challenging. Item Wall Jumps In the new super mario wii theme our plumber is able to jump off from walls. But thats not all! If you are carrying a p-switch or trampoline and throw it just before you hit the wall, the item will bounce back and mario can catch it again. With a little practice you can carry items while wall jumping. P-Switch Jumping The moment you hit a p-switch there is a small timing window where you can jump off from it again. This one takes a little bit of practice but once you are able to pull this off consistently you can trick some hard stages, or build an insane kaizo level around this mechanic by yourself. Item Double-jumps These are really tough to do but if you manage to learn them you can beat a ton of stages in an unintended way. If you jump while carrying an item you can drop the item in mid-air and, if done correctly, use it as a platform to rejump from. It's possible to jump of from a trampoline or p-switch in every mario theme and this trick is often used to create some of the craziest mario maker levels ever, but be warned: thats really hard! Additionally we are also covering some smaller, lesser known tricks, will have a look on a kaizo level I made and find out why I played a stage for almost twelve hours, even if I actually beat it after six hours. -------------------- Credits for the Music ------------------------------ "Egmont Overture Finale", "Meanwhile in Bavaria" Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com) Licensed under Creative Commons: By Attribution 3.0 http://creativecommons.org/licenses/b...
