Jemez Falls, New Mexico Jemez Falls is one of my favorite summer destinations for a quick getaway from Albuquerque in the dog days of summer. This is a short, easily accessible trail with gorgeous views of one of the most beautiful waterfalls in New Mexico and some areas in which you can wade in the water and cool off a bit! If you love hiking, you will love exploring this area! This area is just off Highway 4 between Los Alamos and Jemez Springs. there is a nice campground here as well that is available through reservation only. Please note that this area is closed in the winter. Save this spot for your summer adventures in New Mexico!
