In this video we run through How You Can Brew like a Pro! by learning to make a malt tea. There are several ways of making a malt tea, this one is one of the simpler methods. You can use this method of malt tea making for accurate bench top colour tests and an indication of flavour analysis of a grain bill or grist pre-brewing. This is an accurate lab test for colour but not for flavour as not mimicking the full mash but will give you some sense of where you beer is heading before you brew.
