In this video soccer players will see how to get in great shape for soccer without running 87 miles. With this box circuit a soccer player only needs a 4 cone box and 10 minutes to improve soccer fitness, soccer endurance, soccer speed, soccer balance and agility, and overall athletic ability. This is a circuit workout of 10 minutes with 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest. There are 5 moves that are done 2 times in a row for 30 seconds with 30 seconds of rest after. HIIT workouts are a great way to get in shape for soccer, especially with these specially designed ones for the ideal soccer workout. The 5 exercises are.
