Two of the bearings started to worn off: one at the motor shaft one at the sanding belt rotating shaft. The electric motor graphite brushes are not an easy task to put them back. Safety first. Disconnect the device from the mains before you start to work on it. Also be fully conscious about what you are doing and your capabilities.
