Mix flour and seasoning toss wings in this flour and deep fry. 2. Heat butter in a pan and sauté garlic and spring onions Now add cream cream cheese prams cheese salt Worcestershire sauce black pepper. Mixed herbs to prepare white B.B.Q sauce. 3.Coat the fried wings in sauce And serve l Fried Rice: Ingredients Boiled rice 4 cup Carrot finely chopped 1 Capsicum chopped half Spring onion finely 2-3stalks Ginger 1 small piece Oil 3 tbsp Soy sauce 3 tbsp Rice vinegar 3 tbsp White pepper ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp METHOD 1-Heat oil in the wok and Fry all vegetables with the mentioned sauces and seasonings. 2-Add in rice and stir fry at high flame for 5 minutes. Finally add in finely sliced spring onion . Chili Shrimps in Garlic Sauce: Ingredient Shrimps peeled 250 gm Oil 3 tbsp Garlic minced 1 tbsp Grated ginger 1 tbsp Chopped spring onions 2-3 tbsp Capsicum sliced half Thai red chilies chopped as required Red chili flakes 1 tsp Water 1/3 cup Sriracha sauce 3 tbsp Light soy sauce 2 tbsp Brown sugar 1-1/2 tbsp Salt ½ tsp Sesame seed oil 1 tsp Green chilies sliced as required METHOD 1-heat oil in a wok and cook shrimps 30s each side and flip. Remove on a plate 2-Take a little more oil In the same wok and sauté ginger and garlic chopped chilies and chili flakes and fry till crisp. 3-Add in water soy sauce siracha sauce brown sugar Chinese salt and continue to cook till sauce thickens add in spring onion and capsicum stir through and add shrimps coat well with sauce and remove in platter top with toasted or fried sesame seed red chilies n spring onion Chicken Ginger in Oyster Sauce: INREDIENTS for MARINADE Boneless chicken cubed 250-300 gm Soy sauce 1 tsp Black pepper 1 tsp Salt ½ tsp Sauté till done For Sauce: Chicken stock ½ cup Oyster sauce ¼ cup Soy sauce dark 1 tsp Cornstarch 2 tsp Rice vinegar 1 tsp Sugar 1 tsp Chicken powder ½ tsp White pepper a pinch Salt 1 tsp Black pepper ½ tsp To Sauté Ginger 1 piece Garlic crushed 3 cloves Green chilies sliced 3 Chopped mushrooms 5-7 Salt as required Red chili flakes 1 tsp Method : 1-Marinade chicken with the ingredients mentioned in marinade and sauté in a pan at high flame for 5-6 minutes till it is done. 2-Stir together the ingredients for sauce and set aside. 3- In a wok take 3 tablespoon of oil. Fry ginger garlic green chilies and mushrooms in it now add in cooked chicken. Add chili flakes and stir fry. Now add in the whisked sauce and stir fry for a minutes till sauce thickens
