Preheat Traeger to 225 degrees F. 2. Make meatballs. Add all meatball ingredients to a large mixing bowl and combine using your hands. Form round 1.5” - 2” meatballs 3. Place meatballs on a wired rack and smoke at 225 degrees F for 1 hour. 4. Remove meatballs from the smoker and raise the temperature of the smoker to 325 degrees F. 5.
