Crossing an Entire Country by Train in ONE DAY - Americans in The Netherlands

We literally spent the entire day just taking trains from the very bottom to the very top of The Netherlands! Why? To see what we could see, of course. We start in a small village called Eijsden, right on the Belgium border and set off for a full day adventure where we navigate many train stations, take a few quick side tours into Dutch cities, and make our way to the northernmost train station in The Netherlands! Stops include Maastricht, Utrecht, Zwolle, and Groningen. The Dutch countryside proved to be a very beautiful backdrop to this interesting day of travel!
