Light Transfer Sheet: Used for white or light-colored fabrics. The sheet is transparent, so the garment color shows through. Dark Transfer Sheet: Used for dark-colored fabrics. The sheet has a Black background to make colors pop on dark garments. 🧾 Materials Required: Epson Printer (preferably pigment ink) Light or Dark Transfer Sheets Heat Press Machine Fabric (T-shirt, tote, etc.) Scissors Teflon Sheet or Parchment Paper (for pressing) 🌞 Light Sheet Printing Process: Step 1: Design Create or import your design into a software (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) Mirror the image (especially if it includes text) Step 2: Print Load the light transfer sheet into your Epson printer Print on the coated/plain side (as indicated) Step 3: Trim (Optional) Trim around the design to remove excess paper Step 4: Heat Press Preheat the fabric for 5 seconds to remove moisture Place the design face down on the garment Cover with parchment paper or Teflon Press at 180–190°C (350–375°F) for 10-15 seconds Peel hot or warm (based on brand instructions) 🌑 Dark Sheet Printing Process: Step 1: Design Create or import your design Do NOT mirror the image (this time it's direct) Step 2: Print Load the dark transfer sheet into your inkjet printer Print on the white coated side Step 3: Trim Trim closely around the design — this is important since dark sheets have a Black background Step 4: Peel & Place Peel off the backing Place the design face up on the fabric Cover with Teflon or parchment paper Step 5: Heat Press Preheat garment for a few seconds Press at 165–180°C for 10-15 seconds Peel the protective layer once cool 💡 Tips: Always test on a scrap fabric first Use moderate to firm pressure while pressing Follow specific instructions provided with the transfer sheets #HeatTransferPrinting #DarkSheetPrinting #LightSheetPrinting #TShirtPrinting #DIYPrinting #TransferPaper #InkjetPrinting #PrintOnTShirts #CraftingWithVinyl #CustomTShirts #PrintingTutorial #PrintLikeAPro #PrintingHack #SublimationAlternative #TheLivingLionCompany #PrintWithLions #CustomMerch #SmallBusinessPrinting #PrintingForBeginners
