Compilation of our vacation in Italy, Part 7

Day 9 The last day of our vacation in Italy. We parked the car near Pizzaria Birreria Antica Coltelleria, from there we walked back to the tunnels, next to the tunnels is an old road, the SP26. Forra torrente Colvera, a gorge, here you have a change to explore the beauty between the plains and pre-Alpine peaks. Its steep walls are populair with rock climbers. You can park at either site of the disused road and explore by foot or bike. Later we followed a path to the Landris caves, but we didn't have the right shoes to go see them all, narrow, slippery, not for sneakers. So we walked back, crossed a bridge to Borgo Fornasatte, and walked from there to Borgo Polaz, to visit my aunt at her bed and breakfast Casa Tramonto Friulano (casatramontofriulano.nl). After enjoying a good cappuccino we walked all the way back to the car, back at the appartment we started to pack the bags, for our return trip to home, the next day.
