Shai Hills Ghana : A crazy 4 hour Experiential hike.

A friend of mine posted on twitter yesterday ( 24th march ). " who wants to go to Shai Hills for a morning hike" So spontaneous yet I said yes. A couple of hours later, I found myself walking about 18KM with very little water and no food. But it was such a wonderful experience I could it all over again and I wouldn't change a thing about it.
