Really interesting case today, we had a patient come in from the US who was previously sleeved in Utah. So it was a wide sleeve and the top part of the sleeve was very very wide. We had to craft a brand new sleeve from the get go. So what I'll show you is part of the stomach (the small part of the stomach we removed) we'll fill it up with some water as well. Alright, this is a resected part. It's much smaller than regular sleeves. See the staple line, and the upper part which was particularly untouched in the prior surgery. So you got the bottom part and it gets wider as it goes up to the fundus. It doesn't like much but we'll fill up with some water. This patient will do just fine, fantastic with great weight loss.
