AITA for Telling My Dad I’m Not a Replacement Baby for His Wife’s Grief? My mom died when I was a baby, and I’ve grown up honoring her memory with her side of the family. When my dad remarried, his wife immediately wanted to replace my mom and pushed to be seen as “my real mother.” I made it clear from the start that I didn’t want that.
