Recorded on Wednesday, October 9th, 2019. This is a quarterly emergency siren test of the Clemson University Emergency Alert Siren System. This siren (the Clemson Siren System and the Oconee Nuclear Station Siren System) is tested at the second Wednesday of every 3 months at 11:50 AM ET. The Oconee nuclear sirens (2001-SRNs) are now 3 minute alert tested every October, all other scheduled Oconee Nuclear 2001-SRN tests last about 30 seconds of alert. But I am not sure if this will effect the Clemson siren system test. Anyways, this siren started as soon as it hit 11:50 AM ET. The Oconee Nuclear Station sirens (2001-SRNs) accidentally activated again 4 minutes later after this Modulator 5020 tested. I started the camera again as the 2001-SRNS start up again. Sorry about the talking at the end test voice. She came up to me to ask that if I wanted her to move the van, because she was worried that it was blocking my video shot. I replied to her "no". This was my second time hearing a Modulator in person. After filming the nuclear sirens accident second test. I somehow locked myself out from the car (with the key inside the vehicle). I got stuck here about an hour until my mother arrived and unlocked my vehicle with a spare key. I have no idea how the door was locked. I never lock the car door from inside. This siren is located near 107 Daniel Drive, Clemson, SC 29631. Sirens heard: 2 Oconee Nuclear 2001-SRNs, each almost a mile away.
