Unlike the first game, the party consists of the same three members throughout the entire game: Sagi, Milly and Guillo. It is hinted that Sagi and Milly might be the parents of Melodia, the first game's main antagonist. All of the first game's important characters who were already alive are also featured as important NPCs. Once more, Yasuyuki Honne's great artistic direction made for a beautiful game. The combat system has been completely redesigned to be faster and more interesting, but also quite a bit more difficult for beginners.
