The most crucial bridge one can ever build, even before connecting and building bridges with others, is that to oneself. In this talk, Stacey takes the listener on a journey from feeling lost, owing to varying life’s experiences, to learning how to find oneself through times of transition or deep pain. This talk draws the listener in to introspect, figure out which season they’re in, and find a way to connect to a better version of themselves.
