🔥 Tangy & Tasty Chilli Potato Balls Recipe 🤩 Crispy Outside, Soft Inside 😍 Easy Starter 🔥 Yeh recipe quick bhi hai aur party, evening snacks ya kids ke liye perfect 💥 🥔 Ingredients List: For Potato Balls: Potatoes – 3 big (boiled & mashed) Namak – ½ tsp Chilli flakes – ½ tsp Fresh coriander leaves – 1 handful (chopped) Cornflour – 3 tbsp For Chilli Tangy Sauce: Sesame oil – ½ tbsp Pyaz – 1 medium (chopped) Garlic – 12–15 cloves (chopped) Ginger – 2 inch (finely chopped) Capsicum – 1 (chopped) Tomato – 1 big (chopped) Green chillies – 2 (chopped) Red achari chilli – 1 big (chopped) Spring onion – ½ katori (chopped) Coriander leaves – handful Namak – ½ tsp Black pepper powder – ½ tsp se thoda kam Soya sauce – ½ tbsp Vinegar – ½ tbsp Sugar – ½ tsp Lemon juice – ½ lemon Sesame seeds – for garnish 👩🍳 Method: 1️⃣ 3 bade aaloo peel karke wash karein, 6–8 tukdon mein kaat kar boil karein. 2️⃣ Pani nikal kar achhe se mash karein. 3️⃣ Ab namak, chilli flakes, coriander leaves aur cornflour add karke soft dough bana lein. 4️⃣ Chhoti-chhoti balls bana lein. 5️⃣ Ek pan mein pani ubalein, potato balls daalein aur 3–4 minutes high flame par boil karein.
