Hi Friends, today we go over a very well known and popular Persian food known as "Khoresht-e Gheymeh" (also spelled as Gheimeh), which is a "Split Pea and Meat Stew", traditionally made with lamb as I do here, but you can make it with beef instead. Another quick homestyle variation of this food is made with ground beef, and I might go over that in another video later.
