The GBS8100 board is a very inexpensive solution to display an image generated by a computer on a CRT. It is often used to integrate a computer in an arcade cabinet. I explain here my analysis of this board, the limitations that I have observed (inclusing the loss of the image settings) and the solutions I imagined using a home made card connected to it. I dare to call this a hack so that it is clear for everyone. This video makes echo to a project I published 3 years ago: • GBS8100 Arcade video converter - mod to sa... Some errors are probably present here and there. For example, the reference for the capacitor charge should be on the capacitor, not on the op amp. Furthermore, tje schema is really compact and not that clear. You are not forced to fit everything on a single page ;-). Schematics (version 2) are available here anyway: https://www.easyeda.com/Bouz/GBS-8100... Note: I had prepared a ton on explanations that are not present in the final video. This allowed me to divide the duration of the video by 2 and make it a bit more watchable
