I’ll be sharing my own experience of how I didn’t even realize I was seeing the world through a lens of “why is this happening to me?” instead of “what is this teaching me?” and how that subtle shift changed everything. From missed opportunities to self-doubt, I’ll talk about the patterns I had to confront, the uncomfortable truths I had to accept, and how I slowly began reclaiming my power. We’ll explore what a victim mindset actually looks like in everyday situations how it hides in our language, our reactions, and even in the stories we repeatedly tell ourselves. More importantly, we’ll talk about how to shift that lens without shaming ourselves for ever having it. Because this isn’t about blaming yourself ,it’s about becoming aware. I’m also giving you a slightly imaginative, reflective “homework” exercise that will help you catch your own narratives in real time and gently rewrite them. Think of it as training your mind to move from helplessness to responsibility, from reaction to intention. If you’ve ever felt stuck, overlooked, unlucky, or constantly wronged by circumstances, this conversation is for you. This isn’t about toxic positivity.
