I am home in myself. ✨ How to Use Affirmations for Best Results: Affirmations are most effective when practiced consistently and with feeling. Here's how to get the most out of this practice: 1. Listen daily. Repetition is key. The more you hear these truths, the more your brain accepts them as fact. Aim to listen to this meditation every single day for at least 21 days. 2. Repeat them aloud or silently. Speaking the words engages your voice and your ears, deepening the neural pathways. If you're in a quiet space, whisper them. If you're alone, say them with conviction. 3. Feel the words. Don't just mechanically repeat—pause after each affirmation and let it land. Breathe it in. Notice if there's resistance, and gently breathe through it. 4. Use mirror time. Try repeating a few of these affirmations while looking into your own eyes in the mirror. It's uncomfortable at first.
