Meet Diageo’s Continuous Improvement Lead at our Blair Athol Distillery in Scotland, Stevie Dye. Stevie talks about his shift from working in social care to Continuous Improvement Lead at Diageo and what he has learned along the way. With twelve out of our twenty distillery visitor centres being located in Scotland, Stevie is responsible for ensuring our visitors enjoy their time at our distilleries.
