Alex thinks that Charlie is a normal kid but Henry is a mechanical genius, Charlie was the first to be taken outside of Fredbear's Family diner, where Tyrell celebrated his younger brother's 8th birthday. He found it strange despite living next to Mr. Emily for years, and seeing Charlie fall down countless times from her bike or while playing, he's never seen her bleed or shown any type of bruising... until one day Mr. Emily asked for two favors in exchange for getting moved to the day shift witha considerable raise. 1. was to let Charlie be friends with Alex and 2. to record some messages for Alex in case he disappeared or died before seeing the two of them grow up. And that's how Tyrell has so much immunity in the company and how he got moved to the day shift by now.
