Immediately after a Narcissist discards us – shortly after they have moved on to what they perceive as "greener pastures," having found something new and appealing – they cast us aside because they have devalued us. They have subjected us to smear campaigns, dragging our reputation through the mud. They have identified a new, shiny object they wish to pursue, and they simply discard us as if we were insignificant. Soon after, they enter this new situation. They will often display it publicly on social media, deliberately making us aware of it. This can leave us contemplating, "I gave them everything." Some of us supported them, helped them build themselves up, met them when they had nothing, and assisted them in their personal and professional lives. We encountered them when they were at a low point, poured our love into them, and helped them rise – only to be discarded. Naturally, we question how this could possibly happen. We wonder, "Why is this occurring to me?" And we may feel stuck in this confusion. However, please understand that the Narcissist will inevitably encounter challenges with their new Supply. It is not a situation that leads to lasting happiness; you can be certain of that. You are an Empath. You are a Chosen One. You represent a rare kind of individual – to express it respectfully, you are a unique type of person. You are a rarity in this world. Empaths are indeed very uncommon. You do not encounter many Empaths. In a group of ten people, you might find perhaps one Empath, and even that might be an overestimation. In a group of one hundred people, there might only be a few Empaths. This is because many individuals have been influenced by negativity, aligning themselves with the darker aspects of human behavior. They tend towards the narcissistic end of the spectrum. There are many toxic individuals in general who may not necessarily fit the clinical definitions of a narcissistic psychopath or sociopath, but they are fundamentally toxic. For us, it is essential to embrace who we are and appreciate our inherent value. As I mentioned, the Narcissist will face difficulties. This new "greener pasture," this new shiny object they pursued and presented to us as something extraordinary – they will eventually realize it is not what they expected.
