I ran a half marathon in the Arctic Circle ❄️🇳🇴 This video documents my full race trip to Norway, from travelling and settling into race weekend to race morning, the start line, and finishing a half marathon above the Arctic Circle. This race is Race 1 of 12 in Run the Spectrum, a year-long project where I’m running 12 half marathons while exploring what running and racing feels like as an autistic woman. The goal isn’t performance, it’s understanding how environment, structure, and sensory input impact the race experience, and what can make endurance events feel more accessible for neurodivergent runners. Run the Spectrum isn’t about pace or PBs, it’s about how racing actually feels, mentally and physically, when the environment is unfamiliar and intense.
