Day 4 - Waning Moon - Month 1 - Winter 2349 (Jan 20, 2014) Vilnius, Lithuania Jonas Jaunius Trinkūnas, Krivis of the Romuvian Ethnic Religion has departed us all for the abode of his ancestors. The Krivis's funeral was completed today and his cremated remains have been joined with Mother Earth at Rokantiškes cemetery, Vilnius, Lithuania. Mythology Corner offers its deepest condolences to his wife, children, grandchildren, his extended family and the entire Romuvan community. His departure is a great loss not only for his family and the Romuvan community but for all the Ethnic peoples of the world. From breathing new life into the Romuvan Ethnic faith to forming the European Council of Ethnic Religions his numerous achievements are a source of energy for the Ethnic people from all over the world, especially for those who are struggling to reconnect with their ancestral faiths. It is our collective responsibility to continue his work within our own spheres to strengthen the existing ethnic religions and persevere to revive the lost traditions of the world. There is no better way to honor this Great Sage.
