In Revelation 14 we see an angel who has a sharp sickle and is ready to harvest. John the Baptist says of Jesus that he will gather his wheat in the garner and the chaff he will burn in unquenchable fire. The wheat are the children of the kingdom and the chaff are the portions of the wheat that are inconsistent with the Christ life.. Apart from the wheat there are the tares who are the children of the wicked one. The unquenchable fire is the Lord himself; For God is a consuming fire. God in his judgement will pass both believers and unbelievers through the lake of fire. For the believers, the essence is to remove and burn away the chaff. But for the unbelievers, it is God's grand plan to save them, when they realise the tormenting fire of his presence, they will embrace Gods plan for their salvation who is Christ. There are those that are and will be saved by the blood of Jesus Christ and there are those that will be saved by the fire of the presence of Jesus Christ. Remember God will have all to be saved for in Christ shall ALL be made alive .Nothing will be lost in the multiverse of God at the final gathering of all things.
