Thank you for viewing our very first video. Please like, share and subscribe!!! Directions: 1) In a large bowl with a mixer, prepare cake mix according to the package instructions. Set aside. 2) Preheat to oven 350°F. Set a kettle of water to boil for a water bath. 3) In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt sugar until completely dissolved. Work quickly doing the next step to make sure the sugar doesn’t burn. 4) In a blender, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs & vanilla until smooth. 5) Return to the stove/melting sugar. You can swirl the pan to stir, don’t use any utensils to stir. 6) Working quickly before the sugar hardens, Pour into a greased large bundt pan. 7) Carefully pour the flan over the caramel sauce. 8) Pour in the cake batter until the pan is 3/4 full. DO NOT STIR the flan and cake batter together!!!! 9) Place the bundt pan inside a larger baking pan (a roasting pan works). 10) Pour hot water into the large baking dish so that the water comes halfway up the side of the bundt pan. Bake for 60-75 minutes. 11) Check for doneness after 1 hour. A toothpick (I used a chopstick) inserted near the center should come out clean. 12) Remove the cake from water bath and let it cool completely before unmolding. I let mine cool overnight.
