On October 5th 2023, Merseyrail launched services to it's brand new station, at Headbolt Lane, including the introduction of Class 777 IPEMUs (Independently Powered Electric Multiple Units that use batteries) to serve it. In this video, I take the very first train to the station, alongside the likes of ‪@JenOnTheMove‬ and ‪@Rail_Focus‬ .
