In this entry: Siem gets a wisdom tooth extracted and spends a few days surviving on soft foods while he recovers. Once he’s back in chewing form, we return to one of our favourite Tokyo activities: exploring the city’s endless food scene. This time we try Namban Tei, a yakitori brand loved by locals and one we coincidentally recognize from Singapore. Curious if it tastes even better in its home country, we put it to the test. We also visit Yakiniku Kojima Hanare, where we cook our burger patties on a hotplate to the doneness we like. To wrap up the day, we stroll through Shiba Park beside Tokyo Tower to check if the sakura trees are finally starting to bloom. 🌸🍢 🔔 Subscribe for weekly stories -- one breath at a time! 💨 --- 👋 Hi there!
