Artist city, country: Italy Artist Biography: Matteo Coletti (voice, guitars) and Luca Sestini (drums, percussions) met in 2013 giving birth to Nasty Farmers. Both musicians are members of the local rock/grunge/punk music scene of the area. Both have diverse musical experiences. Nasty Farmers is a studio project strongly wanted by Coletti, who together with Sestini gives form and shape to ideas and songs in part already composed by the gutarist itself. Matteo takes care of the guitars, bass lines and the vocals, while Luca is left to the drumming parts. The album is self produced by Nasty Farmers at the beginning of 2014 at ElMoino Studio in Pontedera, totally left to the capable hands of Lino Sestini in charge of mixing, producing and mastering. The album comes out self titled in June 2014 on major web platforms with eight original songs and one cover song completely rearranged and personalised. The band will be completed by Alessandro Bartoli on bass and Giovanni Coletti who had already collaborated in the album at the electric piano and back vocals, as well as guitar. They start then with live performances by September 2014. Unrestingly, Nasty Farmers have already started working on new songs for the new album who will be expected at some stage during 2015.
