Let's do two puddle scenes with Plum and Momo in one week, shall we? Lovely windy day. Sweet light. Crow fuss in the background making the couple jumpy. In the neighborhood there is a pine in which some kind of predator resides. I haven't been able to see what kind of critter it is yet, but I'm guessing owl because I've seen an owl there before. Pretty clever tactic, harassing your night-stalker enemies during their sleeping hours. It may also be a hawk, or a raccoon. A couple weeks ago I saw a Red Tail Hawk that had caught an adult crow. I've never seen that before, and I'm pretty sure it's a rare occurrence. Possible the crow was already injured or sick. But it seems like everyone has been a bit more on edge lately. I've always loved the sound of metal clanging in the wind. In this case it's a tether-ball pole and chain, but it still gives me a romantic, remote-island-in-the-mist, lonely nautical adventure feel. The wind is rocking the camera in it's stand. I assure you it's not some crazy new motion-tracker technology. But wouldn't that be awesome? Maybe I should make a wishlist.
