The Vespers and Divine Liturgy in which there will be Bishop Enthronements and Ordinations officiated by H.H. Pope Tawadros II will take place in St. Mark Cathedral in Al Abassiya, Cairo, Egypt on November 25, 2018. The liturgy will begin at about 7:00AM Cairo Time. H.H. Pope Tawadros II will elevate to the rank of Metropolitan the following fathers: H.E. Metropolitan Paula (Paul) of the Diocese of Tanta, Egypt and its affiliated regions. H.E. Metropolitan Bisada (Psote) of the Diocese of Akhmim, Egypt and its affiliated regions. H.E. Metropolitan Andrawis (Andrew) of the Diocese of Abu Tig, Egypt and its affiliated regions. H.E. Metropolitan Asheiya (Elisha) of the Diocese of Tahta, Egypt and its affiliated regions. H.E. Metropolitan Morcos (Mark) of the Diocese of Shubra El Khema, Egypt and its affiliated regions. H.E. Metropolitan Abraam of the Diocese of Fayium, Egypt and its affiliated regions. H.H. Pope Tawadros II will enthrone the following fathers: H.G. Bishop Eshak (Isaac) as Bishop of Tima, Egypt and its affiliated regions. H.G. Bishop Markos (Mark) as Bishop of Demiatta, Kafr El Sheikh, Al-Barari, & The Convent of St. Demiana, Egypt and their affiliated regions. H.H. Pope Tawadros II will ordain the following fathers as Bishops: H.G. Bishop Arsanios, formerly Hegumen Fr. Morcos Al Abanouby, as Diocean Bishop of the Diocese of El-Wadi El-Gedid & Al-Wahat, Egypt and their affiliated regions. H.G. Bishop Sawirus (Severus), formerly Hegumen Fr. Sawirus Avva Mina, as General Bishop to serve as supervisor for many new monastaries. H.G. Bishop Mikhail (Michael), formerly Fr. Boles El-Muharaqi as General Bishop to serve in the Cairo area. H.G. Bishop Basil, formerly Hegumen Fr. Bishoy Abba Moses, as General Bishop to serve in the Southern Diocese of the United States. H.G. Bishop Gregory, formerly Hegumen Fr. Maximus Abba Moses, as General Bishop to serve in the Southern Diocese of the United States.
