It is very easy to get into a downward spiral of negative thinking that leaves you feeling anxious and stressed. The truth is that there is always support and help around you all the time, but it can be difficult to see it if you are out of alignment with who you really are. There is nothing wrong with thinking; our mind is a powerful and useful tool. However, we tend to get caught in our minds and forget that there is so much more to us. I am sure you know somewhere within yourself that you are more than the persistent, seemingly uncontrollable thoughts. You know somewhere inside of you that there IS more to you if only your mind could be quiet for long enough for you to hear it. You are a magnificent being, and with a little practice, you CAN experience yourself beyond your thinking mind. You can find a place within you that is kind and gentle, a loving place where there are space and ease. It is all within you. Allow your thoughts to pass like leaves on a stream without giving them too much attention for 21 days.
