UPDATE !!!! LIFE SAVING INFORMATION !!! REINSTATING !!! DO NOT COLD TURKEY! After this video I spent 6 months in the most unimaginable hell. I was suicidal from the pain and insomnia. I had to REINSTATE KLONAPIN and stabalize and then SLOWLY LIQUID TAPER over the course of 2 years !!! (with many plateaus where I had to hold the dose.) I took my last dose last November and am now 6 MONTHS SOBER OFF OF BENZOS !!! After jumping from the last cut to zero I had typical heroin WD symptoms for about a week , nausea sweats chills shaking cramps etc, and I used GABA-pentin and robaxin ( a nerve pain /anxiety med and a muscle relaxer) around the clock which GREATLY helped.
