hello! Happy start of the week. This is a room tour of my dorm at RISD for the 2017-2018 academic year. At the moment I am moved out, with my things stored at tyler's before our upcoming apartment lease begins on the first of the next month! It is quite exciting getting to move off campus, because there will be certain freedoms (such as drilling things in walls, not having to use sticky hooks anymore & painting them too!) Still haven't planned in too much detail how I want to decorate my room in the next place. I have a feeling I will just go with it and keep adjusting things until it feels right! However, I still loved being in this place so much this entire year. The location and the impeccable view has been such a blessing these last several months, being able to see the beautiful sunshine and the changing seasons from my little room. I want to thank my mom so much for financially supporting my sister and i in the room and board here at school. Next year we are paying our own bills for the first time! taking our steps into adulthood... kind of exciting, and nerve-racking. It is an amazing gift to be able to have shared the memories in this place with you through the vlogs this year. Also, this room tour too. It is because of this community that I will be able to afford rent next year, and also financially supporting myself and a little furry friend i am hoping to welcome home as soon as i get the apartment set up! Cannot express enough how thankful i am. Not only that, our loving and warm community creates a positive and friendly environment to share our thoughts and ideas, and there needs to be more of that~ tell me how you are doing, I am very eager to read your thoughts and they mean very much to me.
