2009 Manual Wrangler JK with 35 tires and 3" lift. The condition is that 2 tires at opposing corners are essentially offering no traction/resistance. I'm this situation the Trutrac can not perform it's job because there is no resistance on the opposite side of the axle to force the worm gear to walk across and distribute power. In this type of situation, an actual locker would have the Jeep continue to move with no drama at all while the Trutrac will leave you idling in gear with 2 tires spinning free. Even trying to apply brake pressure wasn't able to get the device to begin moving torque to the axle shaft that would provide motion.
