Hi guys In this video, we have gone through a series of exercises that can help build your core and lower back muscles. Take your time with these movements make sure not to sacrifice your form while you are doing these exercises. If you experience any pain or discomfort please stop the exercises and ask your health care provider if these are good exercises for you! Make sure to breathe and have fun! Red flags: swollen gland, fever, vomiting, severe constant pain, pain at night, night sweats, etc. If you are having such systemic symptoms you need to see your MD. Contra-indications: If you have had any trauma such as falling/ sporting or car accident please do not do these exercises and advise your health care provider. Indications: lower back weakness, leg weakness, core weakness, lower back pain, overall body strengthening.
