Beach Handball Goalkeeper Training

Two weeks ago, I was invited to take part in goalkeeper coaching with the Canadian men's beach handball national team training. That was my first time to explore into the coaching of the beach handball goalkeepers. There are a lot of similarities with the indoor handball goalkeeping, of course, but there are also some evident differences. In conclusion, it was a very fun experience! One of my main take aways is that: Canadian beaches are cold even during the winter! 😉🙂 In this video, you can see some of the ideas of the things you can work on with goalkeepers in beach handball!
