Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add pureed tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the masala. Add the minced meat (keema) and cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10-12 minutes. Pour in water, cover, and cook for another 15-20 minutes until the keema is tender and the flavors meld together. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Prepare Buttery Pao: Heat butter in a pan and toast the pao until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
