RAIN, CHAOS & VINTAGE at Renningers Extravaganza Join me for a thrift with me at Renninger’s Extravaganza in Central Florida, one of the largest outdoor vintage and antique markets in the state. We went on Day 3, when the crowds thin, the deals get interesting, and—because this is Florida—the weather does whatever it wants. I spent the afternoon digging through vintage furniture, artwork, and jewelry, spotting incredible pieces and talking through what catches my eye as a reseller and collector. What started as a beautiful, sunny day quickly turned into a windy rainstorm, sending vendors scrambling to pack up fast. Tables covered, tents collapsing, chaos everywhere—yet somehow, I still managed to rescue a few paintings and art finds and get them safely back to the truck before the skies fully opened up. Fair warning: the audio gets a little rough in spots thanks to high winds (note to self: windscreen = non-optional), but the finds were worth battling the elements.
