On one ride, at below 25% battery on the board (possibly around 10%), the remote and board disconnected and the board turned off. As far as I know this has happened to at least one other person. If your battery has this issue, Backfire should replace your battery. I advise everyone to ride slow and avoid traffic when your battery is at less than 25%.
